Seminar Information
Background
Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, located in Seoul, Korea, conducts several Taekwondo Master Instructors' Courses each year for 4th Dan Black Belts and higher. The Kukkiwon Master Instructor's Course has usually been held only in Korea, meaning that TKD Master Instructors from other countries have had to travel to Korea in order to participate in the highly sought-after course. Successful completion of the Kukkiwon Master Instructors' Course will result in a certificate identifying the holder as a licensed Taekwondo Master Instructor certified by Kukkiwon. This License/Certificate is mandatory in Korea in order to be able to open a Taekwondo Dojang. That is not yet the case in other countries, but it is an excellent means of distinguishing your Dojang from others in your area that are not Master Instructors certified by Kukkiwon. This is close to becoming mandatory in the USA, where states are starting to require licensing in order to conduct business.
Eligibility

Mid West Taekwondo Camp
516 Main street
Fenton, MO. 63026
Dear Taekwondo School Owners and Athletes,
If you are looking for a way to increase your Olympic style Taekwondo sparring skills, then this camp is the answer. I have trained many successful athletes to compete at the highest levels of Olympic style TKD competitions. Some of
those athletes ranked in the top five Nationally and continue to train for the next Olympic Games in the UK.
This summer camp will benefit athletes sparring skills in future taekwondo competitions. It is a five day camp focusing on the essentials of sparring. Athletes will learn strategies, ring management, basic and advanced skills, preparing for competition, “what if” situations, new drills, competition rules, sports psychology, healthy food choices and most importantly how to listen to the coach.Coaches also are welcome to be a part of camp. We have a special incentive of half off fees for the coach with five or more athletes at camp.
I believe the Mid West Taekwondo Camp will stand alone when comes to taekwondo camps. I have been involved with many taekwondo camps and I do know what athletes’ real needs are when training. Please consider this camp.
Thank you,
Master WooSop Moore
